My office can arrange the purchase, at cost, of a United States flag that has been flown over the Capitol. There are several sizes available in both cotton and nylon.

To request a flag, print and complete the  Flag Request Form. Once you have filled out the flag request form, enclose a check with the completed form for the exact dollar amount shown on the form. The check should be made payable to: "Office Supply Account: Becerra" and both should be mailed to:
