Rep. Becerra visits with cadet Matt LeBlanc, who was nominated from California's 31st congressional district to enter the Air Force Academy in Colorado. |
As a Member of Congress, I have the distinct honor of nominating promising candidates to the United States service academies. I have taken great pride over the years in nominating a number of talented young people from my district.
As some of the most selective institutions of higher learning, our nation’s prestigious service academies provide an excellent opportunity to earn a top-notch college education and prepare young men and women for successful careers as officers in the military and beyond. |
