All High School students who reside in the 31st Congressional District are eligible to compete in the annual High School Art Competition. The winner of the contest receives:
· An all expense paid trip to Washington D.C.
· His or her artwork hangs in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
· Showcased at Dodger Stadium pre-game.
· More great prizes for 2nd, 3rd and honorable mention |

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
2009 Deadline for Entries: TBA
· Art work must arrive at Congressman Becerra's District Office by 5 p.m. on the due date.
· All artwork must have a signed student release form securely attached.
· Each entry must be original in concept, design, and execution and may not violate any U.S. copyright laws. Any entry which has been reproduced from an existing photo, painting, or any work produced by another person is a violation of the competition rules and will not be accepted!
